- TOURIST TAX € 0,80 person / night for maximum 14 consecutive nights, children under 12 are exempt.
- eventual variation of VAT.
EXPENSES: - Final cleaning € 50,00 for Apartments Marina/Tamerici and € 60,00 for the Villas Kind 1, 2 and 3. Each additional person € 10,00 per day.
PRICES ARE INCLUSIVE OF: ELECTRICITY, WATER, GAS, BEACH SERVICE (1 BEACH UMBRELLA AND 2 SUNBEDS), *ACQUATICA PARK (about 15/05 till 15/09) - *FITNESS CENTRE, ENTERTAINMENT and SPORT COURSES (about 01/06 – 31/08), 1st sheets included, change 5,00 Euro per person. To bring: towels and kitchen linen.
* Some activities may have limited entrances, respecting the regulatory requirements and protocols for anti-Covid19 security, which require specific social distancing measures.
<ARRIVAL: AFTER 4 p.m. - DEPARTURE: BEFORE 10 a.m.
PAYMENT: 30% (by credit card or bank transfer) at the booking, BALANCE AT THE ARRIVAL.
DEPOSIT: Euro 100,00.
In case of delayed arrival or early departure you must pay the cost of the whole booked period. We will keep at the customer's disposal the reserved accommodation until 5 p.m. of the following day.
The management can not guarantee because of organization reasons the number given by booking.
CANCELLATION:In case of booking-cancellations the deposit will be refunded at the following conditions:
- within 60 days from the expected Arrival Date the whole amount less the administration charges (50€) will be refunded.
- within 30 days the 50% of the deposit less the administration charges (50€) will be returned.
Beyond this limit of time no refund is due.
