- TOURIST TAX € 0,80 person / night for maximum 14 consecutive nights, children under 12 are exempt.

PRICES INCLUDE: ELECTRICITY, WATER, GAS, FINAL CLEANING, BEACH SERVICE (1 BEACH UMBRELLA AND 2 DECK CHAIRS), AQUATIC PARK (about 15/05 - 15/09), FITNESS CENTRE, ENTERTAINMENTS and SPORT COURSES (about 01/06 - 31/08), 1st SHEETS included, change 5,00 Euro per person. To bring: towels and kitchen linen.
All mobile homes are equipped with kitchen equipment, pillows, blankets, table and chairs on the veranda, parking place close to each mobile home.
ARRIVAL: AFTER 4 p.m. - DEPARTURE: BEFORE 10 a.m.
EXTRA: each additional person Euro 10,00 per day.
SHORT STAY: for stay of 1-2-3 nights additional cost Euro 30,00 for final cleaning.
PAYMENT: 30% at the booking (by bank transfer or credit card within 7 days), BALANCE AT THE ARRIVAL.
DEPOSIT: Euro 100,00In case of delayed arrival or early departure you must pay the cost of the whole booked period. We will keep at the customer's disposal the reserved accommodation until 5 p.m. of the following day.
The management can not guarantee because of organization reasons the number given by booking.
CANCELLATIONS: In case of booking-cancellations the deposit will be refunded at the following conditions:
- within 60 days from the expected Arrival Date the whole amount less the administration charges will be refunded.
- within 30 days the 50% of the deposit less the administration charges will be returned.
Beyond this limit of time no refund is due.
