The Marina Villas Type 1 are 6 independent units, which are part of a group of villas in the Marina Village adjacent to the Camping Mare e Pineta, a few steps from the beach.
These villas have been totally renovated in a modern style, which fits perfectly with the surrounding environment, between the pinewood and the beach.
The Marina villas type 1 are designed for families who choose the comfort of space and independence from the village, while still being able to access and use all the campsite services. This type of house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. They consist of an open space kitchen complete with crockery and microwave, which overlooks the living room complete with sofa bed and TV, 2 comfortable bedrooms (double and 2 single beds), 2 large bathrooms with bidet and shower. Outside you can enjoy the garden furnished with table and chairs, ideal for moments of relax or family games.
Furthermore, the Type 1 marina villas are equipped with air conditioning/heating to regulate the temperature to your preference.

PRICES INCLUDE
- Electricity, water, gas
- beach service (1 beach umbrella and 2 sunbeds),
- water park (about 18/05 - 08/09)
- fitness centre, entertainment and sport courses (about 18/05 - 08/09),
- 1st sheets included, change 5,00 Euro per person.
To bring: towels and kitchen linen.
EXTRA
- Tourist tax: € 0,80 person / night for maximum 14 consecutive nights, children under 12 are exempt.
- Eventual variation of VAT.
- Final cleaning € 50,00 for Apartments Marina/Tamerici and € 60,00 for the Villas Kind 1, 2 and 3.
- A seventh person allowed only in Villa’s Type 2 and 3, with additional cost of €10.00 per night
CHECK-IN CHECK-OUT
Arrival: after 4 p.m.
Departure: before 10 a.m.
RULE
Dogs must always be kept on leash.
During the silence time from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. it is strictly forbidden to make noise, use car or any other vehicles and pitch or remove tents.
The Management declines all responsibility for possible damages and thefts
PAYMENT
30% (by credit card or bank transfer) at the booking, BALANCE AT THE ARRIVAL.
DEPOSIT: Euro 100,00.
In case of delayed arrival or early departure you must pay the cost of the whole booked period. We will keep at the customer's disposal the reserved accommodation until 5 p.m. of the following day.
The management can not guarantee because of organization reasons the number given by booking.
CANCELLATION
In case of booking-cancellations the deposit will be refunded at the following conditions:
- within 60 days from the expected Arrival Date the whole amount less the administration charges (50€) will be refunded.
- within 30 days the 50% of the deposit less the administration charges (50€) will be returned.
Beyond this limit of time no refund is due.
