The mobile homes Rosa are a basic solution for 6 people, composed of a double bedroom, 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds, a toilet compartment and a compartment with shower and sink, large living room with corner sofa, kitchenette with crockery, microwave and TV. The mobile homes Rosa are equipped with air conditioning/ heating to regulate the temperature to your liking. On the outside they are complete with a veranda with gate, furnished with table and chairs.
These houses are located about 150m from the beach access and a short walk from the village centre, where you will find services such as a minimarket, fruit and vegetables, a bar with a takeaway pizzeria, piadina shop, ice cream shop and playground.

- 1st sheets included, change 6,00 euro per person.

Dogs must always be kept on leash. During the silence time from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. it is strictly forbidden to make noise, use car or any other vehicles and pitch or remove tents. The Management declines all responsibility for possible damages and thefts.Payment:
30% at the booking (by bank transfer or credit card within 7 days), BALANCE AT THE ARRIVAL. Deposit: Euro 100,00 In case of delayed arrival or early departure you must pay the cost of the whole booked period. We will keep at the customer's disposal the reserved accommodation until 5 p.m. of the following day. The management can not guarantee because of organization reasons the number given by booking.Cancellations:
In case of booking-cancellations the deposit will be refunded at the following conditions:- within 60 days from the expected Arrival Date the whole amount less the administration charges (50€) will be refunded;
- within 30 days the 50% of the deposit less the administration charges (50€) will be returned.
